Peer Review Policy
Peer Review Policy (ICPS)
Submission and Management System
All manuscripts are submitted and managed through the EasyChair Conference Management System.
Authors must create an EasyChair account to upload manuscripts, monitor the review process, and submit revisions.
Review Model
ICPS follows a double-blind peer review policy.
Authors’ identities are hidden from reviewers, and reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to authors.
Reviewer Assignment
Papers are automatically distributed to reviewers in EasyChair by the Track Chairs and the Program Committee.
Each submission is reviewed by at least two qualified experts; additional reviewers may be assigned in case of conflicting recommendations.
Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:
Originality and contribution to the field of pure sciences.
Technical soundness and validity of methods.
Clarity, organization, and presentation of the paper.
Relevance to the conference themes and tracks.
Adherence to ethical publication standards.
Review Outcomes
After peer review, the decision categories in EasyChair include:
Accept (with or without minor revisions).
Request Major Revisions (with possible re-review).
Reject (unsuitable for publication in the proceedings).
Confidentiality and Ethics
Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents.
Reviewers must not use unpublished material for personal or professional advantage.
Any conflict of interest must be declared immediately.
Final Decision
The Program Committee and Track Chairs make final acceptance or rejection decisions based on the reviewers’ reports.
Only papers that successfully pass the peer review process will be included in the conference proceedings.
